Travel & Entry Into the United States

At the port of entry, present your passport with a valid student visa (F-1/J-1) stamp, your SEVIS form I-20 or Form DS-2019 from Lee University, and your Arrival-Departure Record Form I-94 (which will be distributed to you on the plane to the U.S.) to the immigration inspector. Always hand-carry your documents. Do not bring food or plants with you. A customs official will take them from you and may charge you a fine. NOTE: You may be refused entry into the United States if you attempt to arrive more than 30 days before the program start date listed on your SEVIS I-20 form.
